JOINING LAMBDA
Joining the Lambda Business and Professional Association is very simple.
Please look over the information below, or in our membership information, dues, the Lambda Code of Ethics and choose a directory category. Then just fill in and submit the Membership Form. That's it!
Payment can be made by check or credit card. Please indicate in the application form which payment method you prefer.

MEMBERSHIP
Dues and General Information
Regular Membership - New or Renewing - $125.00
For Members who intend to network in the organization and to advertise
in the annual Directory and on the Lambda Online Directory. Includes
a listing (one category) in the printed (see below) and online directories.
Lambda members receive one free three line listing in the Las Vegas Gay & Yellow Pages directory
and a discount for additional lines or display advertising in the directory. Regular
Membership includes voting privileges and the opportunity to serve
on the Board of Directors.
Additional Member Owned Business - New or Renewing - $100.00
Same as Regular Membership (except for voting) for a member owned additional business.
NOTE:Whether you are joining as a new member, or are presently a regular member, and you ALSO wish to join as an additional member owned business, please fill out and submit a SEPARATE membership application form for your additional member owned business.
Associate Membership - New or Renewing - $85.00
For Members who already work for or with a Regular Member or are not
representing a business or organization. This level of membership provides the opportunity
to network in the organization. For Associate Members who work for
a business or organization, a listing under the Regular Member will be
included in the Lambda Directory and on the web site. Associate members
who do not represent a business or organization will receive a separate
listing on the web site and in the Lambda Directory under Community
Builders. Associate Membership includes voting privileges and the opportunity
to serve on the Board of Directors.
Community Organizations (Listing) - $25.00
Non-profit organizations, community based organizations or groups may
be listed in the Lambda website directory. Non-profit or community organizations, or groups, and/or the individuals who represent them in Lambda may not vote or serve on the Board of Directors.
Non-profit or community organizations, or groups may also join as a Reglar member with all the rights and privileges
thereof.
Second Year Renewal Dues
All LAMBDA memberships are calendar year based (January 1 through December 31). Renewal dues are payable when invoiced. Second year renewal dues are a pro-rated portion of the yearly dues for each quarter year the member was a member in the year they joined. Here are the pro-rated second year renewal dues:
- Joined and paid dues between January 1 and March 31 - 3/4 of annual membership dues
- Joined and paid dues between April 1 and June 30 - 1/2 of annual membership dues
- Joined and paid dues between July 1 and September 30 - 1/4 of annual membership dues
- Joined and paid dues between October 1 and December 31 - no second year renewal dues
Gay and Lesbian Community Yellow Pages (GYP) Listing
Members who join and pay a full year membership dues (and respond when they are contacted by the GYP representative) will be listed in a subsequently published GYP. The specific year of publication will depend upon GYP publishing deadlines.

Directory Listings
Pleae review and choose a Directory Category.
Additional Directory Services
You can enhance your online directory listing by placing your listing in up to two additional categories, and/or adding limited text (up to approximagely 60 characters, including punctuation) about your business.
Additional listings are $10.00 per listing, per year, and additional text is $10.00 per year. If you are interested in these enhancements, please indicate in the membership application (below) which additional listing services you wish.

The Las Vegas LAMBDA Business & Professional Association strives to recognize, promote and improve the Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender (GLBT) owned or supportive business community whenever possible. To that end, members should strive to honor the Las Vegas LAMBDA Business & Professional Association Code of Ethics as follows:
- Members should conduct business with honesty, integrity and fairness with respect to customers, clients and employees alike;
- As far as possible, members should be accessible to customers or clients and make every reasonable effort to act in the customers' or clients' best interest and benefit;
- Members should treat all people they do business with fairly and equally; and
- Each member should be as clear and accurate as possible in their advertising and promotion regarding their business and its products and services.
